Since birth, breathing is an automatic activity. by habit, breathing is often inadequate to meet the need of oxygen in the body. The average person does not realize if they are breathing short and shallow. oxygen supply was not fully into the lungs. oxygen into the blood is not optimal. oxygen serves to feed the cells. cells be fit if not lack of oxygen. lack of oxygen disrupt the function of organs. it needs to get used to breathe long and deep. Approximately 30 percent of all toxins in the body burned away through the feces and urine. the remaining 70 percent through respiration. meaning, if not breathing long and deep, not the whole body of poisons had thrown out, accumulate in the body.
