That&#8217;s why plastic surgeons are divided into two goals. The first is plastic surgery performed on someone because of the aging process. Second,  not because of the aging process, but reconstruction is performed on  patients with disabilities or injuries with the aim of reshaping to the  original form.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-1548"></span>But the trend is happening right now, plastic surgery is more directed to the issue of aesthetics. This  can not be denied because of the role of mass media world that displays  the beauty of body shape that became the benchmark of beauty. That&#8217;s why plastic surgery for beauty become the need to maintain the beauty of their body. Not only monopolized the weather, but also done by men. If the weather concerned to beautify the face and breast, then the man to enlarge his penis.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Plastic surgery anyway so it does not mean stopping the aging process. Results of the average plastic surgery can make people look 10 years younger. But even so, the aging process will continue to run. If  someone does a plastic surgeon at the age of 60 years, for example,  then he would look like aged 45 years after plastic surgery. But the result is only an instant, because ten years later the patient will still look like 55 years old. Some experts argue, the young age of someone undergoing plastic surgery, than more big problems you will face it.</p>

Whereas facial muscles also need exercise to stay toned and fresh looking. If we do not do gymnastics face, muscles of the face has the potential to cause the crust or wrinkles around the face. Well we are doing facial exercises and massage on face for at least 4 minutes each morning and evening.</p>
<p><em><strong>Why facial gymnastics is very important for us to do?</strong></em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are several kinds of reasons, including to train the facial muscles and maintain skin firmness in the face. And to reduce expression lines on face if not your face will look older. Another reason is for the expressive face and still look healthy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">But until now, there are many people who realize the importance of doing facial gymnastics. The reason often put forward is busy so not time to do these exercises.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-1508"></span>Movements that can be done now is say a series of facial exercises vocal or consonant letters as well as by opening his mouth wide. Give each movement several counts. Reduce stress by getting used to eat bubble gum, because of high stress affects the face.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When doing facial exercises, make sure the jar-finger and face in a state of relaxed and clean while doing massage and facial gymnastics. Then feel the benefits after a few weeks.</p>

Smoking in addition to causing health problems like cancer, also can cause wrinkles. A study showed that premature wrinkles will increase due to consumption of cigarettes and smoking habits of the period.</p>

By using a moisturizer can temporarily improve wrinkles due to smooth the skin. Moisturizer works by locking moisture in the skin surface. Although  the results are visible while, but if the moisturizer is used on a  regular basis can help improve skin texture &amp; keep moisture.<br />

Our body will release insulin or glucose into the bloodstream, which slows down metabolism. This action causes the body to gain weight, rather than control weight.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When a person feels exhausted, they will feel weak and repressed from enjoying activities. This leads to additional problems. Sleeping right balances out our bodies giving us, more energy leading to more activities that will satisfy our sleep needs.</p>

To rest proper and feel active you must reduce your intake of caffeine, nicotine, harmful chemicals, such as over-the-counter meds that keep you awake, alcohol and so on. The chemicals and substances will keep you awake. Try to avoid drinking anything after 8 p.m. in the evening. Nicotine should be avoid if possible, yet if you must smoke try to avoid smoking after 8 p.m.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Start a walking program in the morning to help wake you up, while boosting your energy. You will feel better since the joints will feel flexible enough to move freely. In addition, walking will help you burn fat and calories. You’ll notice a big change in how you feel the rest of the day.  Start out walking at a slow steady pace for as far as your comfortable.  Each day pick up the pace a bit and walk further. Just remember when walking that you want to work up to a steady brisk walk to make you sweat but not out of breath. Take a short walk before and after meals to calm your nerves, and burn calories too, it will give you energy, relieve that stress from the long day and help you sleep.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you start a walking program for yourself, it is a lot more fun if you have someone to go with you. Talk to that neighbor you don’t know and maybe they’ll walk with you. Just think about it; you’ll be acquainted with someone new, talk about new things will relieve stress and get in you exercise as well. This might help that neighbor too who maybe hasn’t seen or talked to anyone in a couple of days and than they can sleep better at night.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After walking that brisk walk your doing be sure to cool down. When walking at a vigorous pace your heart rate will go up and it needs to be back to normal. Just walk a bit slow and relaxing until you’ve cooled down.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you can’t go to sleep at night instead of getting up and turning on the TV try pacing around the house. Do some stretching and shake your arms and legs. Even walking around the house can relax you especially when everyone else is in bed and you can relax more.</p>
